About the Role

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate with a Law background to join our Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on exposure across corporate, regulatory, and healthcare-related legal matters while building a strong foundation in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

The role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a long-term career in legal and compliance functions within a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Support the Legal team with research on regulations, and compliance requirements
• Help maintain legal records, trackers, and documentation in line with internal policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on routine legal queries and documentation
• Support regulatory filings, approvals, and correspondence with authorities where required
• Assist in monitoring legal and compliance risks and flagging issues to senior team members
• Perform general administrative and operational support for the Legal function

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional legal environment
