Job Title: Contracts Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Contracts Officer to lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management activities within a technical operations environment. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts and suppliers, including areas such as wheels & brakes, components, IFE, and BFE. This role is expected to operate in line with CAR-M regulations and CAMO policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sourcing cycle in compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and Ariba standards
• Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and vendor registration
• Collect internal requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contract terms and identify key issues for escalation
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular SLA and metrics reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation, airline operations, or related industries
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations, contract management, and sourcing
• Strong knowledge of legal and commercial terms in contracts
• Background in Airline Technical Operations, with skills in project planning, management, and risk control
