Lifecycle & Compliance Oversight: Managing end-to-end contract workflows, tracking renewals/terminations, and ensuring compliance with commercial terms, turnover rent, and SLA guarantees.
Legal & Cross-Functional Alignment: Partnering with Leasing, Mall Operations, Finance, and Legal to handle contract amendments, disputes, security deposits, and risk mitigation.
Team Leadership & Governance: Supervising contract specialists, standardizing lease templates, optimizing closing cycles, and reporting on commercial metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
5+ years in commercial contract administration strictly within Malls, Shopping Centers, or Commercial Real Estate.
Retail leasing structures (base/turnover rent, service charges), SLA management, contract law, commercial negotiation, and team leadership.
