Job Purpose:
The Contribution Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational activities related to sales generation, order processing, supply coordination, and financial performance. This role ensures operational excellence, seamless alignment between the Sales and Operations teams, and continuous improvement across departments to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Monitoring
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Follow up sales generation and ensure timely submission of all required reports.
- Validate revenue realization and ensure accuracy in reporting.
2. Operational Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between the Sales Team and Operations Team.
- Oversee order and OPEX creation, order opening with manufacturers, and ensure timely processing.
- Follow up on order fulfillment and supply timelines, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve supply chain workflows and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
3. Invoice & Reporting Management
- Oversee invoice reporting and ensure accuracy of invoice entries.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
- Follow up Loan orders to ensure proper reconciliation.
- Ensure all required operational and financial reports are delivered on time.
4. Internal Operations & Issue Resolution
- Monitor operational activities across all warehouses and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Follow up with the supply department and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Resolve internal departmental issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
5. Inventory & Warehouse Oversight
- Monitor warehouse stock levels, availability, and movement.
- Ensure alignment between supply, operations, and warehouse for accurate forecasting.
- Follow up on replenishment plans with the supply team and manufacturers.
6. Collaboration With Manufacturers
- Follow up with manufacturers regarding order opening, delivery timelines, and supply status.
- Track supplier performance and escalate delays or discrepancies.
- Support development initiatives to enhance supplier relationships and supply chain efficiency.
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track departmental KPIs and ensure operational targets are met.
- Prepare improvement recommendations and present them to management.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain roles (management experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of order management, invoicing processes, and sales operations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
