Controller, Financial & Reporting

JOB PURPOSE:
The Controller, Financial & Reporting is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting
processes of the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, provides accurate
financial data for decision-making, and supports strategic planning through detailed financial analysis. The
Controller plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial systems and fostering a culture of
accountability and transparency within the finance team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

u2022 Preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting
standards.
u2022 Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational
efficiency.

u2022 Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

u2022 Maintain relationships with financial institutions and negotiate favorable terms for funding.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
Bacheloru2019s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management and reporting.
Professional Certifications
preferred CFA, CA, CPA or equivalent certification.
