About the Role
We are looking for a Convenience Line Employee to join Indoguna Productions FZCO in JAFZA, Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing convenience food products (asian specialty) in line with approved recipes, quality standards, and food safety requirements, while supporting safe and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce Asian specialty convenience food items according to standardized recipes and approved production methods.
- Ensure consistent taste, portion control, presentation, and retention of food quality across all products.
- Handle, store, label, and rotate food items in compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and BRC standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all food preparation and production areas.
- Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor mise en place to ensure readiness and compliance with production standards.
- Follow safety, EHS, and Business Continuity procedures, including emergency and continuity protocols.
- Complete end-of-shift closing, cleaning, and equipment shutdown procedures as per standards.
- Report any food safety, quality, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Have relevant work experience in hotel, restaurant or food manufacturing kitchen.
- 23 years of culinary experience, preferably in an Asian specialty or food production environment.
- Valid Food Handling / Sanitation Certificate.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work in a fast-paced production setting.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given priority.
