We are looking for an experienced professional to lead business operations in the region and ensure consistently high levels of operational performance and guest satisfaction.
Key competencies and qualities
- Operational scale: Experience scaling fast-growing businesses, working with franchisees, and managing international teams.
- High energy, independence, initiative, and empathy working with different cultures, managing changes, and supporting teams during rapid transformations.
- Preferred: Experience in F&B, retail, franchising, or digital businesses.

- Expand in the MENA coffee market with 100300 stores by 2030 Ensure operational excellence by streamlining new country launches and achieving store ROI within three years to guarantee profitability.
- Win market share by outperforming Starbucks and Costa in overlapping locations and maintaining strong same-store sales growth of 20%+ annually.
What you'll do
- Operational stability of the network: Ensure stable operations of the coffee chain network (including product quality control, service, and operational processes), monitor key metrics like LFL growth, guest NPS, and franchisee NPS.
- Network scaling: Implement processes for launching coffee shops in different formats.
- Team development and motivation: Attract and develop strong leaders for key positions (development, operational efficiency, marketing), build a multinational high-performing team.
- Financial planning and control: Forecast, launch, and track project budgets, manage P&L for stores and country, analyze ROI and LFL growth, optimize costs.
- Franchisee Support: Build and implement a strong support system for franchisees, Provide partners with clear guidance, training, and operational tools, Monitor performance and actively help improve their business model, Create an exceptional partner experience targeting TOP-3 NPS in the region
