About NUGZ
NUGZ is a fast-growing, delivery-first chicken nugget brand operating out of KitchenPark, Dubai Production City (IMPZ). We specialise in chicken nuggets, fries, sides and desserts, served through Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, Noon Food and Keeta.
We're looking for a reliable, hygienic, fast-moving cook to join our kitchen team as we scale.
What you'll do
- Prepare and cook menu items (nuggets, fries, sides, sauces, desserts) exactly to our recipes and quality standards
- Run the fryers, prep station and packing station during peak delivery hours, keeping tickets moving without compromising food quality
- Portion, plate and pack every order correctly for delivery - with no wrong / missing items, no leaks, no cold food
- Follow Dubai Municipality food-safety and HACCP standards at all times. Clean as you go. Temperature-check, label and date stock
- Receive and store deliveries, rotate stock, flag low stock and prevent wastage
- Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) on opening/closing, deep cleaning and audits
- Back up your teammates in a small, high-volume kitchen (this is a team role)
What we're looking for
- REQUIRED: VALID Dubai Municipality PIC (Person-in-Charge) certificate. We will not sponsor PIC training for this hire
- REQUIRED: VALID Basic Food Safety (BFS) certificate
- REQUIRED: At least 1 years hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen
- Comfortable with fryers, high-pressure ticket volumes, and packing for delivery aggregators (Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, Noon, Keeta)
- Physically fit: standing/walking shifts in a warm kitchen environment
- Working English: you must be able to read recipes, labels, order tickets and communicate with the team
- Currently in the UAE on a cancellable visa, and ready to join within 4 weeks. We sponsor the employment visa, medical, Emirates ID and insurance
- IMPORTANT: Applications from candidates outside the UAE, or without valid PIC and BFS certificates, will not be considered
What we offer
- Monthly salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 depending on experience (basic AED 2,300 + housing allowance AED 700)
