Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to prepare high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards. The Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction through taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu and quality standards
Handle food preparation including chopping, marinating, grilling, frying, and steaming
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before serving
Manage kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Assist in menu planning and daily kitchen operations
Reduce food wastage and control portion sizes
Work as part of a team and follow instructions from the Head Chef or Manager
