AZM is excited to announce the launch of our Cooperative Education (COOP) Program, specifically designed for the top recent college graduates who aspire to join our company in entry-level full-time positions. The COOP Program at AZM is tailored to develop promising candidates for future specialized roles within our organization, supporting the professional development of graduates, guiding their career trajectory, and enhancing their business acumen and interpersonal skills.

This program offers an unparalleled opportunity for COOP participants to immerse themselves in a variety of disciplines across our functions and departments. They will engage in diverse projects, broadening their learning and exposure. The COOP Program is not just a job; it's a stepping stone to a successful career within AZM, providing hands-on experience that builds the foundation for leadership roles and a promising future in the industry.

Requirements:

• Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 4.50, demonstrating outstanding academic achievement.
• Field of Study: Seeking candidates majoring in Business Administration or related fields, Law, Information Technology, Software Development, Management Information Systems, or other related technical disciplines.
• Educational Standing: Must be a Bachelor's degree candidate from an accredited university, with an anticipated graduation date in 2022.
• Program Commitment: Participants are expected to fully commit to the entire duration of the COOP program, with a willingness to contribute an equal tenure of professional service at AZM post-completion.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated curiosity and superior analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
