Job Description
- Supporting all the catering operations onboard our Saudi fleet.
- Monthly meal sheet collection and submission for approval from Aramco Tanajib office.
- Ship provision supply coordination and logistic support.
- Crew change support and Aramco ID appointment support for the catering related third party companies.
- Creating POs for all vessels catering related POs through Ns & SAP.
- Saffaniya guest house catering operation and maintenance assistance.
- Saffaniya guest house & warehouse building maintenance and renovation assistance.
- Operation support for guesthouse catering service.
- General maintenance for our accommodation assets.
- Submitting monthly Saffaniya office invoices after correction check and assisting upload invoices through esker.
- Weekly menu planning and obtain approval.
- Room allotment for the guest house staff and updating the allocation weekly base.
