Coordinator, Coiled Tubing

JOB PURPOSE:

Coordinates all operations related to Cementing in Oil Field Services.

The role sits within Pressure Pumping / Coiled Tubing & Well Services under Oil Field Services / Pressure Pumping. It works with operations, technical, maintenance, logistics, HSE and client-facing teams to support safe, compliant and efficient service delivery.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities

Coordinates coiled tubing operations, personnel assignments, equipment readiness, job progress, QA/QC, HSE inspections, corrective actions, client interaction and service documentation to deliver reliable Well Services operations.

Key challenges: maintaining HSE and asset integrity, equipment readiness, operational continuity, accurate documentation, and effective coordination in a field environment.

Success factors: safe execution, technical competence, equipment reliability, timely delivery, teamwork, customer focus and compliance with ADNOC Drilling procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

• High School, Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• 10 yearsu2019 experience in an oilfield operations environment.
• Good Knowledge of Computer software skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Ability to use highly specialized and advanced skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
