To schedule, plan, and keep track of fleet logistic requirements and vesselsu2019 certification to ensure fleet meet operational requirements and complies with regulatory statutes Maintains and promulgates up to date marine regulatory publications, shipping notices, process reviews, and other instructions to ensure fleet vessels operate in line with provisions of approved policies and guidelines

Job Specific Accountabilities

u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Liaise and enables delivery of vessels provisions, spares, and other supplies as well as service & repair orders and contracted service personnel to ensure continuity of vessels operations
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Facilitates deployment, signing off of shipsu2019 crews and tracks manning levels and certificatesu2019 validity, licensing, and other documentation requirements u00A0
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Coordinates receipt and delivers vesselsu2019 mission orders to ensure timely response to operational and clientsu2019 schedules and assist vessels masters in preparation of voyage plan requirements
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0 Maintains database containing operational capabilities to ensure up to date information and records
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Administers and archives monthly records, logbooks, and other documentation received from fleet vesselsu00A0
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Take part in the evaluation and assessment of technical and safety standards of fleet vessels and monitors preparation for deployment of vessels on location including review of Risk Assessments to ensure meeting clientu2019s technical and safety standards
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Prepares reports and maintains up to date records of vesselsu2019 inspections, surveys, investigations, and follows up on arrangements to ensure timely close out of actions and non-compliancesu00A0
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Responds to inquiries from fleet crews and liaise with port authorities for issuance of required permits and other documentation requirements to ensure smooth vessels entry and departure to marine fields, ports, and terminalsu00A0

u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Participate in fleet assessment reviews to promote safety awareness amongst vessels crews and recommends improvements to existing procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Marine, Oil & Gas Industry, or Business Development
• Background and working knowledge of offshore support vessels or marine operations is preferred
• Good knowledge ofu00A0offshore equipment, systems, and associated regulations
