Job Description:

We are hiring a Freight Forwarding Coordinator for our operations in Dammam. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding and logistics coordination, with strong knowledge of shipment handling and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export shipments via air, sea, and land
• Handle shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery updates to customers
• Prepare freight quotations and manage operational coordination
• Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with logistics regulations

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics coordination
• Good knowledge of shipping and customs documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preference: Immediate joiners are preferred.
