Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to fill the role of Coordinator, who will engage with Saudi Aramco technology organizations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English. Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between multiple stakeholders, including Saudi Aramco technology organizations and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Engage with stakeholders to request inputs related to the Technology Program and understand their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth development and progress of Technology initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Preferred engineering background & familiar with digital transformation projects (scopes)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Good soft skills and outstanding experience with the MS suite.
