Job Summary:
Responsible for safely transferring vehicles from the sign-off area to the designated yard while ensuring smooth vehicle movement and compliance with operational and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer vehicles safely from the sign-off area to the designated yard.
- Perform vehicle movement and yard transfer activities as per operational requirements.
- Ensure vehicles are parked correctly in assigned yard locations.
- Conduct basic checks before moving vehicles.
- Follow yard safety, traffic, and vehicle handling procedures.
- Coordinate with yard and VPC operations teams.
- Report vehicle damage, discrepancies, or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements when required.
- Support efficient vehicle processing and yard operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Driver, Yard Driver, or Vehicle Transfer Driver.
- Experience in automotive, yard, logistics, or vehicle processing operations.
- Good knowledge of vehicle handling and yard safety.
- Ability to safely maneuver vehicles within yard areas.
- Responsible and safety-conscious approach.
