Coordinator - Trade Compliance| MAF Retail | Head Office UAE
Role Summary
To Assist Trade compliance manager: Registering Food products with FTA, ESMA, Montaji, Dubai municipality, ZDLM creation, shipments clearance with customs, Stock release to Carrefour stores on Time within the deadline.
ROLE PROFILE
- Register food and non-food items with all relevant UAE authorities.
- Submit applications on the respective authority systems.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Suppliers, and Quality teams to obtain the required documentation.
- Follow up with UAE authorities to ensure timely approvals.
- Handle compliance requirements for GCC countries related to Hypermax products.
- Coordinate compliance matters for products to be exported, in collaboration with export and demand planning teams.
- Manage item registration with KSA authorities for SAVA products.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports to be shared with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree .
- 2 years experience in supply chain or trade compliance.
- knows the system of: MOIAT - ministry of Industry MOCCCA - Ministry of Claim and Change Environment Dubai Ministry for IES (import and export services)MONAJI - ministry of dubai for Non-Food ETLAP - Abu Dhabi Food Safety.
- 3 years working directly with FTA and local authorities.
