Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect AI Business Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to support enterprise customers in deploying and adopting AI solutions. The role combines technical consulting, implementation, security, governance, and change management to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the deployment and adoption of M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and AI agents.

- Provide technical guidance on Copilot Studio and help customers design, deploy, and manage AI solutions.

- Resolve implementation barriers related to identity, security, compliance, data access, licensing, and platform readiness.

- Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and recommend appropriate data protection and governance controls.

- Develop adoption and change management plans, including executive sponsorship, user engagement, and training activities.

- Coordinate with partners and delivery teams to accelerate deployment and ongoing usage.

- Engage business and technical stakeholders to connect AI adoption with business objectives.

- Monitor usage, adoption milestones, and performance metrics to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities.

- Share customer feedback and recommend improvements to solutions and delivery practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with 7–9 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles.

- 5+ years of experience delivering customer technical projects.

- 5+ years of experience with M365 and cloud platforms.

- Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of M365 Copilot, including Copilot Control System, Copilot Analytics, and change management.

- Strong expertise in identity and access management, Conditional Access, identity governance, sensitivity labels, Data Loss Prevention, and AI data security.

- Experience with SharePoint Advanced Management.

- Hands-on experience building and governing AI agents using Copilot Studio.

- Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, including engagement with senior executives.

- Ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes.

- Ability to work across cultures and adapt to evolving technologies.
