Job Title: Copywriter


Reports to: Creative Manager

Location: Dubai


Salary: AED 15,000



Summary:


Seeking a bilingual Copywriter (English & Arabic) to craft compelling advertising copy across all platforms and campaigns. The Copywriter will be responsible for ensuring consistency of messaging, adapting content fluently between English and Arabic, and maintaining the cultural sensitivity required for effective communication in the UAE market.



Key Responsibilities



  • Write and adapt bilingual copy for campaigns across various marketing channels including digital, print, social, and OOH platforms

  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager, Social Media Manager and Advertising Manager to align messaging with campaign objectives

  • Develop headlines, taglines, scripts, and content that resonate with both English and Arabic audiences

  • Ensure cultural sensitivity and accuracy in all translations and adaptations

  • Proof read, edit, and refine content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency

  • Support creative brainstorming sessions with concepts, messaging ideas, and content frameworks

  • Contribute to website, social media, press releases, and marketing collateral with bilingual content





Skills & Qualifications Required


Essentials



  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English/Arabic Language, Journalism, or related field

  • 3-5 years of bilingual copywriting experience in the UAE

  • Native Arabic fluency with professional-level English proficiency

  • Portfolio showcasing bilingual advertising content across digital, print, and social channels

  • Knowledge of SEO copywriting practices and digital engagement strategies

  • Strong proofreading and editing skills in both Arabic and English

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple content projects simultaneously

  • Experience with automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred



Technical Knowledge



  • Experience writing content for digital advertising, websites, and social platforms

  • Understanding of SEO keyword integration and best practices in bilingual copywriting

  • Knowledge of OOH and print advertising requirements for headlines and disclaimers

  • Proficiency in editing and proofreading tools for both English and Arabic content

  • Familiarity with brand guidelines, OEM communication standards, and UAE advertising regulations
