Job Description

We are actively looking for motivated Copywriter & Content Creator to join our Marketing Team.

Core Competencies:

  • Ensure marketing copy across all channels follows company guidelines, tone of voice, language standards, and approved campaign messages.
  • Create audience-first content that captures attention, communicates value clearly, and supports customer engagement across the retail journey.
  • Build dependable content quality through careful editing, factchecking, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement using performance insights.
  • Review, edit, and proofread copy across digital, social, CRM, e-commerce, print, and in-store channels.
  • Enforce brand voice, language quality, factual accuracy, legal requirements, and cultural relevance.
  • Create fresh copy and mobile-first video concepts for campaigns, promotions, launches, and always-on content.
  • Write headlines, captions, scripts, product descriptions, landing pages, emails, SMS, and POS copy.
  • Adapt written and video content by channel, format, target segment, customer-journey stage, and platform trends.
  • Verify product, price, offer, terms, promotional accuracy, usage rights, and required approvals before publishing.
  • Turn briefs into integrated content with MarCom, Design, Digital, CRM, E-commerce, stores, agencies, and partners.
  • Manage briefs, deadlines, publication-ready delivery, SEO, and performance optimization
  • Works closely with MarCom, creative, digital, commercial, and agency partners.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • One to two years of copywriting, content creation, or related experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating short- and long-form copywriting and social video scripting, filming, or editing is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong written English; Arabic copywriting or localization capability is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social, web, e-commerce, email/CRM, paid media, and in-store content.
  • Basic proficiency in mobile filming and video-editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, platform best practices, and content performance metrics.
  • Understanding of retail promotions, customer journeys, product communication, and fast-paced campaign cycles.
  • Comfort with content management, collaboration, and AI-assisted drafting tools, with responsible human review.
