Core Application Support Specialist IST Switch & Card Management Systems

We are looking for Core Application Support Specialist for one of the leading Islamic Banks. the ideal candidate will provide support, maintenance, implementation, and operational management of IST Switch and related Card Payment Systems. Ensure high availability, transaction processing reliability, issue resolution, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first level application support.
• Monitor application performance and system health.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents.
• Support ATM, POS, eCommerce, issuer, and acquirer transaction processing.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
• Coordinate with business, vendors, and technical teams.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in banking and payment systems.
• Experience in mission-critical production environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
