Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company is a public joint-stock company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under a decision from the Council of Ministers and a royal decree as a cooperative insurance company. The company's paid-up capital is 500 million Saudi Riyals. The company is an extension of United Insurance Company, which was founded in the Kingdom of Bahrain in 1983 as a foreign company to conduct insurance operations in Saudi Arabia. In 2008, the company was listed for public subscription and was registered in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) under the symbol 8170.

The company is subject to the supervision and regulation of the Saudi Insurance Authority and is licensed to operate in all types of insurance, including general insurance, medical insurance, motor insurance, and protection & savings insurance.

Job Title: Corporate Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Corporate Account Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications and Requirements:

Location: Central office in Riyadh

Experience: 2-5 years in the insurance industry.

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Language: Excellent proficiency in English.

Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Oversee daily operations for current accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Take the initiative to enhance the company's premium offerings in line with market demand and customer expectation.
  • Facilitate the claims and settlement process for clients, ensuring quick and efficient service.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure client needs align with company policies and deliver tailored solution.
  • Participate in negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts, closing deals by emphasizing the value of our service.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, explaining risk factors and insurance details to clients and building trust.
  • Manage the renewal process for expiring policies, taking proactive steps to retain valuable account.
  • Execute sales strategies to expand market share, adjusting tactics as needed to meet changing market conditions and customer preferences.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate account management or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to market changes.
  • Knowledge of insurance and underwriting is a plus but not required.
