Silicon21 for Integrated Solutions is expanding, and we're looking for a Corporate Account Manager who knows the CCTV and networking space inside out — not just how to sell it, but how to speak the technical language that closes enterprise deals.
If you can walk into a client meeting and confidently discuss IP surveillance architecture, network infrastructure, and integrated security ecosystems — and then close the deal — this is your role.
What You'll Own:
- Drive the full B2B sales cycle for CCTV, IP surveillance, and networking solutions — from prospecting to signed contract
- Engage corporate clients and system integrators at a technical level: IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, VMS platforms, structured cabling, switches, and network infrastructure
- Translate client security and connectivity requirements into tailored, integrated technical solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts and channel partnerships
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience specifically in CCTV and/or Networking solutions
- Demonstrated experience working with system integrators — this is core to the role, not a bonus
- Strong technical fluency in security and networking product categories — you understand what you're selling
- Sharp negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A resilient, target-driven mindset with the ability to hit the ground running
