We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Corporate Account Manager to expand our corporate client portfolio, strengthen key business relationships, and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow corporate sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve offerings.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis activities.
• Represent Godiva at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Commercially minded with solid analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience within FMCG, Retail, Luxury Goods, Food & Beverage, or Gifting industries is a plus
