Corporate Associate - Law Firm - Abu Dhabi

About the Opportunity:

A Corporate practice based in Abu Dhabi is looking to add an Associate to its team. The role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate and transactional matters across the Middle East, including cross-border work. The work involves advising regional and international clients on complex corporate and commercial issues across multiple sectors.

The Role:

This opportunity is suited to a 24 PQE Corporate Associate seeking to broaden experience across public and private M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers on multi-jurisdictional transactions and provides scope for early responsibility within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic arrangements
• Advising on inbound and outbound investments involving Middle East markets
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as SPAs and shareholders agreements
• Assisting on cross-border matters alongside international counsel
• Supporting client relationship management and business development initiatives
• Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and team development
• Regional travel as required

Experience & Qualifications:

• 24 years PQE (England & Wales or equivalent)
• Strong grounding in corporate and M&A work
