We are working with an international law firm seeking to hire a Corporate Associate (1–2 PQE) to join its growing team in Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including company setup, MISA licensing, regulatory filings, and general advisory work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and partners on sophisticated regional matters, gaining strong responsibility and client exposure from an early stage.

Candidates must be:

• Saudi nationals
• Saudi qualified and licensed by the Saudi Bar Association
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Strong experience with Saudi regulatory processes and government portals is essential.
