Our client, a prestigious US law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its Corporate/M&A practice in Abu Dhabi.

About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier US firm's Middle East platform, working on high-profile corporate and M&A matters across the region. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of transactional work within a collegiate, internationally-minded team.

Key Responsibilities & Experience Required

• Solid grounding in general corporate and M&A transactions
• Experience advising on cross-border deals, joint ventures, and/or private M&A
• Strong academic background with training and experience gained at a reputable international or US law firm
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, high-quality practice
