Position Overview:
A leading real estate development organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Corporate Communications Director to lead and execute the company's strategic communications agenda. The role will be responsible for shaping the organization's corporate reputation, brand positioning, and stakeholder communications across government entities, investors, media, and the public.
The successful candidate will ensure that all internal and external communications align with the company's vision, national development priorities, and large-scale real estate and infrastructure initiatives in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with the company's strategic and development objectives.
- Lead corporate branding, media relations, and reputation management across regional and international platforms.
- Oversee internal communications, ensuring alignment across departments and project teams.
- Manage relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and public sector stakeholders.
- Direct the creation of corporate messaging, executive speeches, press releases, and thought leadership content.
- Lead crisis communication planning and manage sensitive reputational matters.
- Oversee digital communications, social media strategy, and corporate website presence.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support investor relations and strategic announcements.
- Manage and mentor the corporate communications team and external PR agencies.
- Ensure communications align with Saudi Vision 2030 priorities and national development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1215+ years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or strategic communications.
- Strong experience within real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
- Proven experience working with government entities and high-profile stakeholders.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and strategic communication capabilities.
