Role Overview:

The Corporate Communications Manager will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the public image and reputation of Limitless Naturals. This role encompasses the strategic management of all Public Relations (PR) activities, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Sustainability communications, and Crisis Management, ensuring consistent and impactful external messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with Limitless Naturals overall business objectives and brand values.
• Lead all Public Relations (PR) efforts, including media relations, press releases, media kits, and developing strong relationships with key journalists and media outlets.
• Design, manage, and promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that reflect the company's commitment to social and environmental impact.
• Oversee sustainability reporting and communications, effectively conveying Limitless Naturals environmental and social governance (ESG) progress to external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute robust crisis communication plans, serving as a key spokesperson or preparing spokespersons to manage potential reputational challenges effectively.
• Provide strategic communication counsel and support to senior leadership for external engagements, speeches, and public appearances through monitoring public sentiment and media coverage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing PR, CSR, sustainability communications, and crisis management.
• Prior experience within the nutraceutical or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is essential.
