We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager who understands the fast-moving nature of Web3 and emerging tech and can manage multiple client accounts while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and strong relationship management.
PR Strategy Execution:
- Develop and execute media strategies that secure meaningful coverage across Tier 1 and industry publications.
Media Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and industry media across crypto, technology, finance, and business outlets.
Campaign Management:
- Manage PR campaigns end-to-end, including press releases, media pitching, interviews, thought leadership placements, and announcement strategies.
Content & Messaging:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling narratives, press materials, and executive positioning.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (content, marketing, design, and leadership) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Client Reporting:
- Provide clients with clear updates on coverage, strategy progress, and PR opportunities.
Industry Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with Web3, blockchain, AI, fintech, and emerging technology trends to identify timely media opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, and emerging technologies (AI, fintech, digital assets, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong relationships with crypto, tech, or financial journalists preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
- Comfortable with flexible working hours across global time zones
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
