Corporate Controller KSA & UAE | Riyadh

TheHappyRecruiter (THR) is recruiting a Corporate Controller for an international Group establishing a new entity in Saudi Arabia.

This is a newly created position with responsibility for the financial and administrative operations of three legal entities – two in KSA and one in the UAE.

Working closely with Group Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal and Controlling teams, you will take ownership of:

• Accounting & Financial Closing

• Financial Reporting & Controlling

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Tax & Compliance

• Treasury & Cash Management

• Internal Controls & Audit

• Local administrative activities

This is a hands-on and autonomous role, ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, setting up operations and taking ownership in a new entity.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 4+ years experience in Accounting, Audit, Financial Controlling or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of local GAAP & IFRS

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in an international environment

• Fluent Arabic & English – written and spoken

• Experience with Power BI or AI tools is a plus
