Provide legal advice and support on regulatory agreements, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations across various markets.
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership arrangements, and service contracts.
Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, entity management, and internal controls.
Assist business stakeholders in interpreting regulatory developments and implementing practical frameworks to meet obligations.
Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific matters, including (but not limited to) regulatory queries arising from the US and other regions.
Identify legal risks and propose balanced, business-aligned solutions.
Develop and maintain internal legal policies, templates, and knowledge resources.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer called to the bar in SG, MY, UK, or HK.
3–6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory legal work (in-house or private practice).
Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters concurrently in a dynamic environment.
Exposure to international regulatory requirements is advantageous
