As a Corporate Development Manager, you will be the architect of growth. From strategic planning to M&A execution, from market intelligence to investment analysis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate direction and identifying opportunities that redefine our competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Corporate Growth:

  • Lead and execute long-term strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities: new markets, technologies, business lines, and investments.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to support expansion, diversification, and business model improvements.
  • Collaborate across departments to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Assessment:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Assess financial, operational, and strategic viability of business opportunities.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, innovations, and regulatory shifts.

Project Oversight & Performance Tracking:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor strategic projects, sales campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track performance and execution.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation throughout project lifecycles.

Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis:

  • Build advanced financial models for valuations, cash flows, synergy analysis, and forecasting.
  • Evaluate investments and new ventures for ROI, risk, and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor post-investment performance to ensure value creation.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Partnerships:

  • Lead end-to-end M&A activities, from target identification to integration.
  • Evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, investment memos, and synergy assessments.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Executive Advisory:

  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other teams to integrate corporate development activities.
  • Support executive decision-making with structured analyses and recommendations.
  • Manage communications with external advisors, investment banks, and potential partners.
