Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and analytical Corporate Development Specialist to support our growth strategy through market analysis, strategic partnerships, and M&A activities. This role will work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in shaping the company's expansion roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and evaluation of strategic growth opportunities, including partnerships, investments, and acquisitions
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
- Assist in due diligence processes across financial, operational, and commercial areas
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, consultants)
- Track performance of strategic initiatives and provide insights for optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or private equity
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and deal processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
