RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and direct the engineering services required to support the operations, tendering and procurement.
• Direct and supervise the engineering staff who are working in engineering center or any operational area.
• Develop and maintain engineering management procedures to make sure of design and engineering process quality issues.
• Define the engineering strategy for any projects by selecting the proper way of execution the design and engineering.
• Management the cost and the budget of the department.
• Define the roles and responsibilities for each of subordinates.
• Define the engineering tools to be available for staff use in order to have a proper engineering output.
• Management the relations between corporate engineering centers and engineering units.
• Providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement best cost-effective practices during developing the design and engineering deliverables.
