Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Executive Chef located in Doha, Qatar. The Corporate Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and cooking, managing food service operations, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The role includes menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The Corporate Executive Chef will also be responsible for training and mentoring kitchen staff and collaborating with other departments to achieve the culinary goals of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Management
  • Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff and operations
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-end or corporate culinary environment
