Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Corporate Executive Chef. The Corporate Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations across HIMIKO's various establishments, ensuring optimal food preparation and presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include menu development, supervising cooking and food service processes, maintaining high standards of food quality, and training the culinary team. The role also involves managing food and beverage operations while ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Collaboration with management to innovate and elevate the overall dining experience will be critical.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Preparation and Cooking with strong attention to quality and detail
- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on improving efficiency
- Proven skills in Culinary Management and leading large kitchen teams
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Creativity and innovation in menu development and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred
- Prior experience as an Executive Chef in a high-paced restaurant or hospitality group setting is an advantage
