We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance to lead corporate finance strategy, optimize funding structures, and manage key banking relationships across the organization.
What you'll do:
- Oversee trade finance, working capital, and alternative financing solutions to ensure liquidity and optimal terms.
- Expand and manage the Group's lender network across EMEA and globally.
- Support the Management on strategic finance initiatives, credit negotiations, and investor communications.
- Lead financing for strategic projects, M&A, and operational initiatives.
- Introduce innovative financing structures and risk mitigation solutions, including credit insurance programs.
- Review and negotiate legal documentation for financing transactions.
- Drive process improvements and digitalization in finance operations.
Who you are:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in corporate finance, trade finance, or structured financing.
- Strong expertise in banking relationships, credit risk, and alternative financing.
- Experience in strategic projects, M&A, and operational finance.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement process improvements.
