Position: Corporate IT Trainer
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions to business users on maximizing Microsoft Teams Phone features (calling, transfer protocols, queues, and integrations).
- Bridge the gap between Webex and Microsoft Teams Phone capabilities.
Key Qualifications
- English speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience delivering corporate training on Microsoft Teams Phone or enterprise level VoIP solutions.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 environments from an end user adoption perspective.
- Strong engagement skills for both virtual and/or in-person training delivery.
