We Are Hiring: Corporate Lawyer (3-5 Years Experience)

SOLLEX Legal & Tax Advisors New Cairo

SOLLEX Legal & Tax Advisors is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Corporate Lawyer with 35 years of experience to join our Corporate & Commercial Practice.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will support our local and international clients across a wide range of corporate matters, including:

• Company incorporation (GAFI, Free Zones, Investment Law)
• Drafting & negotiating commercial contracts
• Corporate governance & restructuring
• Regulatory filings and compliance work
• Legal due diligence for M&A transactions
• Advising on investment structures & foreign ownership
• Day-to-day corporate advisory across multiple sectors

Requirements:

• 35 years of solid experience in Corporate & Commercial Law
• Excellent drafting ability in Arabic & English
• Experience with GAFI and regulatory procedures
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files under pressure
• Prior reputable law firm experience is preferred

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualification criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable Egyptian university
• Master's Degree, Diploma, or Postgraduate studies in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or International Business Law is a plus
• Registered with the Egyptian Bar Association
• Strong command of legal terminology and contract drafting
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and client-facing confidence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines
