Role Description The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal support for the company's business operations, contracts, and corporate governance. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on compliance with local and international regulations, and managing legal risk across outsourcing projects. The role involves working closely with management and internal teams to support transactions, resolve legal issues, and develop policies and procedures that align with best practices. Additional tasks include monitoring regulatory changes, coordinating with external counsel when needed, and contributing to training on legal and compliance topics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, requiring regular presence at the company's headquarters.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in corporate and commercial law, including experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance, risk management, and policy development related to business process outsourcing or similar industries.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research, interpret legislation and case law, and prepare clear written opinions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external counsel.
• Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Law degree from an accredited institution and bar admission in Egypt or another relevant jurisdiction.
• Prior experience as an in-house corporate lawyer or in a law firm advising corporate clients is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, with strong legal drafting capabilities in at least one of these languages.
