Job Description

Accountabilities & Key Roles:

  • Develop and refine payroll programs and propositions aligned with market dynamics and customer behavior to boost payroll acquisition and drive NTB growth
  • Manage payroll relationship management activities to track NTB accounts quality , salary transfer, retention and product penetration ratio through detailed payroll performance reports and conduct NTB analysis.
  • Manage Assets (loans) portfolio to ensure achieving the annual budget , portfolio balance growth , NII
  • Monitor and analyze monthly assets KPI's for branch network and direct sales force teams to optimize conversion rates and hit portfolio targets
  • Manage TML /TSL coding operation and renewals by performing quarterly companies and showroom performance
  • Prepare and manage CRM campaigns to boost sales ,penetration and LTD ratios
  • Conduct regular competitor program analysis and market scan across consumer lending and payroll products to ensure the banks maintains competitive pricing , features
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, community organizations, and stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk standards, and internal policies in all acquisition activities/ campaigns.
  • Support digital adoption, process improvements, and the use of analytics in acquisition activities.
  • Equip sales frontlines with the necessary marketing tools, product training to effectively sell the proposition.

Job Requirements

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics ,Finance, or a related field), Professional certifications in business development, or marketing is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in ,Assets product management , or Payroll acquisition , or other related roles.

Experience in banking or financial services sector.
