Job Description

Job Purpose:

Support the Corporate Performance Management function by collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance data across business lines and departments, ensuring accurate monitoring of organizational progress against strategic and operational objectives, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall effectiveness and alignment with company goals.

Main Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from business lines and departments to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting.
  • Monitor and track Corporate and Business Line level KPIs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and timely identification of trends or variances.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of accountability reports that detail progress against strategic and operational objectives.
  • Support the preparation of materials and presentations for Senior Management performance reviews.
  • Assist in conducting benchmarking activities with industry peers to assess organizational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business units to communicate performance results and support the implementation of improvement actions.
  • Participate in the review and enhancement of performance management methodologies, tools, and systems.
  • Support the oversight and reporting of Business Line and Departmental performance in fulfilling both external and internal mandates.
  • Maintain organized records of performance data, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to performance management and reporting.
  • Assist in integrating performance management activities with other corporate functions such as Corporate Planning, finance, and other business lines.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in performance management and recommend enhancements as appropriate.
  • Perform other related duties as directed by the Corporate Performance Management Sr. Manager.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Preferred Chemical engineering or science degree.
