About the Role
The role aims to support the development of corporate strategy and manage institutional strategic planning, including developing strategic plans in coordination with organizational units through annual planning and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of short, medium, and long-term strategic plans.
- Develop strategic objectives and link them to KPIs.
- Conduct benchmarking and strategic analysis.
- Analyze internal and external environments.
- Prepare and update strategic vision documents.
- Coordinate strategic workshops and meetings.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate effectiveness of strategic KPIs.
- Ensure alignment of plans with measurable objectives.
- Review and develop initiatives.
- Review budget requests and provide recommendations.
- Manage execution of annual operational plans.
- Set strategic priorities for projects.
- Monitor execution and provide progress reports.
- Develop unified strategic planning framework.
- Review initiatives and propose improvements.
- Ensure alignment with operational processes.
- Prepare performance analysis reports.
- Ensure alignment with government policies.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategic Management, Project Management, or equivalent (Required)
PMP or CSP certification or equivalent (Preferred)
Required Experience
Experience in corporate strategy development and strategic planning management.
Minimum experience: UAE Nationals: only 3–8 years depending on qualification
