We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales Executive with a strong track record in selling Identification solutions, Access Control, Biometric, RFID, or Security Solutions to corporate and enterprise clients.
This role requires a true hunter who can generate new business, manage enterprise accounts, and close technical solution sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new corporate business through proactive prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle (lead generation negotiation closing)
- Sell to IT Managers, Security Heads, Procurement & C-level stakeholders
- Grow and retain key accounts
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline reporting
Mandatory Requirements
- 35+ years B2B corporate sales experience
- Experience selling access control, biometric, RFID, or security solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Experience engaging multi-level decision makers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- CRM experience
