Job Description

We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales Executive with a strong track record in selling Identification solutions, Access Control, Biometric, RFID, or Security Solutions to corporate and enterprise clients.

This role requires a true hunter who can generate new business, manage enterprise accounts, and close technical solution sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new corporate business through proactive prospecting
  • Manage full sales cycle (lead generation negotiation closing)
  • Sell to IT Managers, Security Heads, Procurement & C-level stakeholders
  • Grow and retain key accounts
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline reporting

Mandatory Requirements

  • 35+ years B2B corporate sales experience
  • Experience selling access control, biometric, RFID, or security solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience engaging multi-level decision makers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • CRM experience
