Job Overview:
The Lease Sales Executive is responsible for generating and managing lease sales by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong customer relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of leased vehicles. The role also involves achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new corporate and individual lease clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
- Prepare and present leasing proposals tailored to client needs
- Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments (fleet, finance, maintenance, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales documentation and contracts
- Provide support and address client inquiries or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Participate in promotional events or campaigns to boost lease sales
- Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve monthly and annual lease sales targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive and personalized service
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential and active lease clients
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in contract preparation and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of leased vehicles
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management
- Uphold brand standards and represent the company professionally in all interactions
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in automotive or luxury sales (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage high-end clientele.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in automotive leasing, car rental, or corporate sales.
- UAE market knowledge is essential; experience with premium/luxury brands is a strong advantage.
- Strong sales performance history is essential
