Key Responsibilities:
Manage, grow, and retain key corporate and institutional accounts
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities
Lead contract negotiations and successfully close high-value and long-term deals
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to drive strategic decisions
Requirements:
Proven experience in Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals
Experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage industry is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (FMCG background preferred)
Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
