You'll Work On

Drive revenue growth for Shift EV's electric mobility solutions by engaging institutional clients across multiple market segments. In this hands-on, strategic role, you will expand the client base by identifying high-value opportunities, building senior-level relationships, and creating clear pathways to close large-scale deals. You will also lead new customer acquisition and support the penetration of new markets and product lines, prioritizing opportunities based on commercial impact and long-term growth potential. Reporting directly to the Senior Corporate Acquisition Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with the broader commercial team to deliver and exceed ambitious sales objectives.

You'll Have Ownership Over

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation and deal closure, ensuring every opportunity is pursued effectively.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality, prioritized sales pipeline that aligns with company objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets by executing disciplined, data-driven strategies and identifying high-potential opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders, ensuring long-term engagement and partnership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through the sales process and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and value delivery.
  • Represent Shift EV as a credible, value-driven partner, reinforcing our reputation across corporate and institutional markets.

Market & Commercial Intelligence

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to uncover new opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product positioning, linking market intelligence directly to sales execution.
  • Identify emerging trends in fleet electrification and corporate sustainability, ensuring the sales approach stays proactive and competitive.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth deal execution and alignment across the organization.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks, commercial tools, and engagement processes, strengthening team performance and creating scalable sales practices.

You Are

  • A results-driven corporate and strategic B2B sales professional with 510 years of experience managing complex, large ticketsize deals, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets across multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level engagements.
  • Strategically minded and commercially sharp, with the ability to translate technical solutions and value propositions into clear, compelling business outcomes for corporate clients.
  • Financially astute, confident in leading ROI-driven and value-based discussions, and articulating the long-term economic and sustainability impact of EV adoption at an executive level.
  • A disciplined strategic executor who can independently manage long sales cycles, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and align account strategies with broader commercial objectives.
  • A polished and persuasive communicator, capable of influencing senior decision-makers across executive, financial, and technical functions.
  • Agile, resilient, and outcome-oriented, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • A collaborative partner who contributes strategically, shares insights, and supports collective success within a high-performance commercial organization.
