Job Objective
Corporate Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing corporate sales opportunities within the real estate sector. The role focuses on working with corporate clients and institutional investors, supporting revenue growth through effective client engagement, relationship management, and successful deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach corporate clients and institutional investors
- Promote and sell real estate products including commercial and residential properties and investment opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property/site visits
- Support negotiations and assist in closing corporate sales deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate real estate solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and post-sales support
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, legal, finance, and CRM.
- Ensure accuracy of proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
- Maintain up-to-date client records and sales pipelines
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
- Provide insights into pricing, client preferences, and market demand
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 25 years of experience in real estate sales or corporate sales
- Experience dealing with corporate clients or institutional investors is preferred.
