Corporate Senior Lawyer

Job Description

Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and business leaders

Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring

Draft, review, negotiate, and approve high-value commercial contracts and agreements

Oversee corporate governance, board matters, and shareholder relations

Ensure compliance with corporate, securities, and regulatory laws

Conduct and supervise legal due diligence and risk assessments

Manage and mentor junior lawyers and legal staff

Coordinate with external counsel, regulators, and auditors

Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law

Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

5:7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

High ethical standards and professional integrity

Ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive matters

Very good in English
